I’m not a patient there but I traveled there with a friend who was and sorry to say, what I saw transpire most certainly does not equate to the rave reviews on this page. What I witnessed was the lack of communication from the staff, practically non commutative, it was like staff and patient were staring at each other like deer in headlights. RecommendedEveryone, and I mean everyone, in this office is wonderful---welcoming, professional, and comforting. I chose to land in this practice a few months ago based upon reviews. So grateful! (I've had some particularly terrible experiences in the past.) This team is all about making the customer experience positive. I recommend!!!!
RecommendedAlways dreaded going to the dentist but when my tooth broke I had no choice. This dentist office is AWESOME! Going to the dentist isn’t like it use to be years ago. The staff is very pleasant and understanding. My family will definitely be going to this office for dental care
Dr. Caputo is great - the office staff unprofessional and needs basic customer service training. I have sent 4 emails this week asking the same basic question about an apparently new policy of collecting pre appointment deposits and no response yet. I'll be moving to another provider who will actually answer my questions.
