Took 'em less than a year after they bought the practice in Goldsboro to get rid of all the goodwill built up over decades by competent businesspeople. Among the issues: their insistence that my patient account, still tied to my father's patient account, could not be disentangled until the balance I had incurred was paid. RecommendedLet me say Dr Candy and her staff at Smilestones Dentistry are amazing!!! Literally it just took a phone call, quick visit and an X-ray and she made some calls and got my mini in with the oral surgeon SAME DAY!!! Thank you guys so much!!
Honesty and kindness. Michelle & the team at Cary location are very rude and not honest. You gonna get ripped off at this place if you don't ask the right questions.

At the location on Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington NC I scheduled an appointment for 6 PM tonight and I got there at 5:30 to fill out paperwork. I have a wisdom tooth that just started bothering me two days ago and it is Growing into my jaw and making it almost impossible to open up my mouth to eat and even to speak. The office staff made a mistake and put in my appointment for 2 PM. I showed up and they told me that I had missed my appointment at 2 PM but I never received a phone call and that is not the time that I agree... read more

RecommendedThis is the first dentist my grandson has been to and he love it there. Jase has been about 5 times now I have never felt more at ease and welcomed than I did today with his visit! ALL of the staff I encountered took the time to explain things, especially Dr. Caputo! He made very sure to take plenty of time with him, I absolutely recommend Mocksville Family Dentistry to people of all ages!!!

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY! No schedule flexibility, rude staff, and poor service. I am stuck still using them since I paid off my sons braces with Bozart. Bozart originally had late appointments and better staff! Jonathan at the front desk is rude and poor representation for Ricobene.
