We had a very positive experience with MobilityWorks, Chattanooga. The sale was well explained by Tyler. Installation of the stair lift was prompt (same day!) and professional. Dan is a great ambassador for the company.
Shout Out for Jamie, the general manager! It was not a good day to have gasoline fumes filling the Mobility Pilot! Jamie was both professional and kind when he reassured me that it would all be okay and it is. Jamie was working as both general manager and service manager at the time. Thank you, Jamie! When I picked the Pilot up it was nice to welcome the new service manager, Austin. Looking forward to working you.
We worked with Tyler for a ramp on the front of our home. It was so easy to work with him and Mobility Works to get exactly what I was envisioning. Our home is white siding and black trim so I really wanted a black ramp to blend in with our home and they nailed it! It is super sturdy and non-slip - even when it's just rained!!! We are excited for this addition to our home!
We used Mobility Works for a metal ramp at my mother’s home after a stroke. They were wonderful to work with and far exceeded our expectations. From the quote to the installation, it was a very smooth process. Shout out to Tyler and Dan!! Thank you for helping us get our momma back home!!
Tyler Covongton explained the product well, answered all questions, and worked with us on the price. Explained installation and the training. The installers did a good job and trained us on how to use it.
