John, Chloe and team are fantastic. I have been seeing Doc John for awhile on and off and the really know how to get you back to an active lifestyle. Couldn't recommend them more, if you want to be more active and not just sit back because pain or lack of mobility these are your people.
John & Chloe really know how to take care of their clients. They break down the mechanics/science of what is causing the issues in your body. And they form a treatment plan to get you back in action. I noticed a good amount of athletes using their services but I think their skills are helpful to anyone having any sort of muscle, tendon, ligament, mobility issue. John helped me with my plantar plate injury - caused by my many years working as a waitress. Highly recommend their services!!
I went to Mobility Doc after injuring my knee. Dr Jon Snyder assessed it, and did what he could to reduce swelling and therefore alleviate pain and discomfort. They told me what to expect with the orthopedist. I felt like they wanted to get me out on the trails with my dog again and did not treat me like a revenue target. Looking forward to working with them again on my recovery. Thank you Dr Jon!!
Mobility Doc is the place to go for all of your physical therapy needs! I was a medical professional myself, who worked at a physical medicine and rehab hospital for 10 years, and traditional PT does NOT help most people in my opinion. The hands-on therapists at Mobility Doc use new age equipment to help you get results sooner than traditional PT. They don't just hand you a worksheet of 4 exercises and say there you go! Dr. Jon and the team at Mobility Doc are heroes. As a competitive athlete struggling with frustrating and ongoing injuries, Dr. Jon was able to get to the root cause of my injuries and got me back to training without having to worry about injury.
