I booked an appointment online for noon on the 12th of September to get my phone looked at for a screen repair. I received two separate email reminders to make sure I don’t miss it. I show up 10 minutes early to see a locked door and a sticky note saying “back in 30” with no indication of when that was put up. After waiting for 20 minutes, ten minutes after my appointment, I leave. No one ever showed up.
My phone was fixed by Afshan, she did excellent job on fixing my screen and gave discount and I am very very happy with the customer service.
Afshan saved my life !!!! My phone came back to life again ! Thank you !
