I'm going to write a long overdue positive review. After another mobile store wasted my time with miscommunication and insisted my phone couldn't be worked on, I'm glad I found Mobile Care. After one employee at the other mobile store told me they'd fix my phone before the other one insisted it was beyond repair, I figured it was worth trying to get it fixed somewhere else and took it to this store. They took down my friend’s review which detailed how they scammed her with a bad repair job. They put up fake good reviews and intentionally do an incompetent repair job so you’re forced to come back the next day and pay again. Even if you’ve purchased a warranty, they make an excuse so it doesn’t cover whatever defect you came back to fix.
My phone screen was pink and the display on the screen was glitching, so I brought it to Mobile Care in the shopping center to see if they could fix it. They were very friendly and offered to repair it for $240 without tax, which included a warranty and a screen protector. On my receipt, the warranty stated “6 months warranty on technical issue except broken or water damage”.
