We went in for an oil change they said it would be 30 ended up being 75 we called Midas it would have only been 60. I'm beyond angry.

Customer service was phenomenal! They worked very hard to get my van back on the road. My brakes "toasted" while on vacation. It is a '78. Parts a little hard to come by. Scott came in on Saturday (his day off) to finish my van so that I could go on my way, since the parts did not arrive Friday. Cheers to them all. They treated me like family, making my unplanned stay a decent one. Thank you!
