I just wanted to take a moment to say how thankful I am for the wonderful customer service received today from mobile tune and the guys in the shop. I need to give the biggest loudest shout of thanks to this place. My daughter and her boyfriend had spent two days of unkind travel already when her car broke down outside of Roseburg lastnight. AAA (Walts towing) towed them to the shop and from there my faith in humanity was restored. They not only opened the shop, but repaired her car after hours. To Alan, the tow driver, Ken, the owner and Tyler, the mechanic....my deepest most sincere gratitude for your help!
Saturday September 10th I had an appointment for oil change. This was my first and last visit to Moblie Tunes. I show up 15 minutes early for appointment, 2 hours later, still waiting for vehicle? I was informed they would have to purchase another oil filter, as they had after market filter? I had a really bad feeling after a few conversations with mechanics? Vehicle was done after 2 hours... drove about 3 blocks, smell oil burning? My computer was not reset correctly,drove back to Moblie Tune, computer reset? Drove 15 miles... read more

Martha, we apologize for any inconveniences with your service. We did reach out, however, you refused our efforts to address this issue. When you had to get your vehicle towed, we offered to pay for the tow back to our shop. Unfortunately, you had it towed to a different shop, in which at that point, the situation was no longer in our control. In addition, we did also refund you for the oil change- as you already stated. they have great service and reasonable prices and employees are very nice and helpful
I would recommend them they do good honest work and stand by there product
