My laptop crashed in the middle of the night and I had several reports due for work in the morning. I called around and either got no answer or was told would have to wait. Russ answered and told me it would be no problem to get my data back and would come out to do it for me. About a week ago I started getting messages and pop ups on my computer stating that my system was infected with multiple viruses and that I needed to pay for protection to remove my problems. I called this company and the young man who answered was very nice and spent the time on the phone with me to determine what was going on. It turned out that the messages on my computer were false and that If I had paid to get protection I would have lost my money and still had a broke computer. I carried my laptop to another outfit and was told my critical lifes work (pictures, files) were gone because the hard drive could not be read and I would have to send it off to an expensive data recovery company for thousands of dollars to get it all back. I contact Mobile Tech Services and within 24 hours they had all my stuff back and for a very reasonable price. Again, Life savers!! MATT
I had a nasty virus that was throwing up weird stuff on booting to windows. Tried a remote service and no luck. Called Russ and he came out the same day and now my computer runs like new again. Not too mention he is a very polite and caring person. Will use again if needed.
