I was having severe back pain and did localized treatment as well as the LED lights! I was pleasantly surprised that the treatment definitely lessened the amount of pain I was in! Beth was amazing and extremely knowledgeable and explained every step of the process! Overall a great experience and would highly recommend and will be going back in the future!

I love going to Cryotherapy. I find that it relieves aches and pains in many different places and just makes me feel good overall the rest of the day after a treatment. The staff are also very helpful and friendly. I can definitely tell a difference if I don't go at least once or twice a week.
I was very apprehensive about trying this, but I'm glad I did! I have found I sleep better the night I've had a session. An unexpected plus was, after only 2 sessions, more rapid healing on my lower leg where I had a skin cancer lasered! I would definitely recommend trying this.
