I absolutely LOVE this place! Nothing makes me feel better after a hard ride than 3 min in the chamber followed by a session in the Normatec boots. If youre serious about training I highly recommend giving it a go! :)
It's been 2 weeks since my session and I still feel great! No joint pains.
I went in because of soreness in my shoulders and out of curiosity about the process. Everyone was so helpful in answering my questions, so I tried it. I have to say that it was exhilarating. It is cold, but nothing that you can't stand for 3 minutes. Can't wait to see how I sleep tonight!!!!!
