My sciatica is out of control so I wanted to try cryotherapy. This facility is beautiful. The equipment is state of the art. Its spotless and the staff is amazing. They made me feel at ease immediately. Ok enough about the facility, did it work? I have been in constant pain for 3 weeks and I had 6 hours pain free. So not only am I happy I tried it, I can't wait to go back

Went for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed the experience . The staff was amazing and answered all of my questions and explained the whole process step by step. I would highly recommend for pain or soreness from inflammation or any other soreness from exercise or physical activity.
My first experience with Cryotherapy was excellent! Mrs. Bloodworth was amazing! She was very attentive and informative. She had great knowledge of the equipment. I left feeling rejuvenated and slept better than I've slept in awhile that night. I would definitely recommend this to anyone experiencing any soreness after a good workout! I will definitely be back!
