We went out of the way to come here and buy new boots. Their No Pets sign on the door stopped me in my tracks. Our pet rides the bike with us and if they are not welcome, I won't spend my dollars here. Harley has ridden almost 40k miles and been in Harley shops across the country, never found we were not welcome.
We stopped in today for a visit and a tshirt we were greeted at the door and the customer service was exceptional
The best, treated me like a king. Gave me and wife beautiful hog shirts with a nice picture of US ALABAMA. tks

Headed out at 6am from Wellington Florida on my 2015 Road Glide Special headed to Big Bend in Texas for a 4 day ride with friends when my shifter disappeared on I10. Pulled over at 4:37 pm and called nearest dealer, Mobile AL HD. Expecting the worst with the dealer closing I received the opposite. Andy was excellent on the phone and sent Britt to pick me and the bike up, he was there in 25min with the trailer. We bought our very first Harley last Saturday and the costumer service we received was first class. Alan our salesman made us feel like old friends. Robby and Nick were top notch. We have purchased many vehicles but we have never had the feeling if being welcomed into a family. Fantastic job Mobile Bay Harley.
I brought my trike in to have the reverse motor looked at. With in 30 minutes I got a call to come pick it up. It was operator error on my part and the service guys didn't try to pull a fast one and replace working parts. Had the wife stop in to get oil for an oil change on the bike and they carried it all to the car for her. Great service with picking out a rain suit also. I'll be a repeat customer. UPDATE. The rain suit- the pants leaked after about 6 months.
