2nd bike buying experience from mark Elmore. That dude is always the best!
Wow! So overwhelmed by the "Above and Beyond" Customer Service. We were on an evening ride Saturday night when my husband's bike would not shift out of 1st gear. He managed to get the bike to MBHD, called HOG roadside assistance who told him the store was closed, they could tow the bike to our house a few miles away. My husband declined and happened to have MBHD sales card in his pocket, called the sales associate who in turn called owner Tim McLeod. I bought a 2013 Road Glide custom did not have time to test ride it. I drove quite a ways to come and pick this bike up brought it home and haven't had time to really get on and ride. Before I took it for a ride to Florida. I had to get into the Harley dealership and have the neck bearings tightened the front wheel was off balance. Then I rode it to Florida and it ran like s***.
