Blew the rear tire in Mobile while traveling from Daytona to my home in Louisiana. The staff there was wonderful and gave my bike priority so I was in and out in an hour and back on road to home. I was completely satisfied with their service, Thanks for getting me back on the road.
I can't thank these guys enough. I was riding from Orlando back to Kansas City and the stator went out on my bike late Wednesday afternoon. They were able to jump right on it and have me back on the road Thursday morning. The customer service was excellent and better than I ever expected. I would rate it 10 stars if I could! My wife bought me a 2016 soft tail slim for a surprise and the the shop and some friends set me up for the surprise! I went from thinking I was about to be in a brawl with a biker dude to breathing in a paper bag ! They got me good! The guys had my bike sounding and looking sharpe ! I love it !
Im here every week from Knoxville,Tn for work and usually closed by the time i get through..so i spent another night to pick up a T-shirt and now believe in love at first site..not only was she a biker chick that worked for Harley Davidson but the sweetest and best personality ever..i love this place.And i love the cashier.� This was on 2-21-17 at 9am.But seriously it was a nice place but only complaint was the small parking area.
