I have been going to Mack for 20 years. He is an expert at color and cuts. I also value the friendship I have developed with Mack and Joan over the years. I always look forward to my visit!
Mack is awesome and every time I visit I love the results!
Came in, showed a photo of the cut I wanted. Did not get - at all - the cut I asked for. Told him I didn't like the cut and he did nothing to compensate. Didn't offer to refund my money. I'll just never go back. Extremely disappointed. Can't post photos here but, private message me and i'll show you the photo style I asked for vs. what I got.
Mack is amazing he took me from a brunette to a beautiful all over blonde. I have never loved my color as much as I do right now. This was my first time going to MOB and I will not go anywhere else from now on!
Everytime I walk out of MOB Salon after having my hair done by Joan my hair looks fabulous and I feel fabulous!
