They charged me for 2 and a half hours labor and the guy was only there 45 minutes...shady business practices!!

They switched out our furnace and central air. Great, friendly communication and prompt, professional service!
We called them to check a water pressure issue and asked to be told what repair was needed before repairing. They went out and did a repair without even calling. When we called to ask what happened the receptionist basically accused us of lying. Extremely unprofessional!
