Would give zero stars if I could. Constantly missing appointments, sending the wrong type of transport, wheel chair van when patient should have been a stretcher. Terrible communication.

My Ambulance ride home from Miriam was managed professionally and with utmost safety, with Gia driving and Rob attending to my leaking mask. Both loaded me securely into my home wheelchair. Top notch!
I forgot there names but whoever transported my mother Marie from RI hospital to Heritage Hills Nursing home today are blessings from God... Great gentleman treated my mother like she was their mother... Thank you
