I bought a car from here a month ago and had it shipped to me. The key fobs does not work. I replaced the batteries and they still don’t work. The locks in the car does not work at all. I have reached out to ownership a number of times about this issue. They have refused to do anything. I wouldn’t buy a piece of gum from this place. I wanted to share my experience with MMG as well as Aamir and his team. I have never made an online purchase of a vehicle and I was extremely nervous. Order a car on line! It'll be fun! It will be easy! It was a new thing for me, so I called Monoco to find how how things happened, what was the procedure? I talked to Amir , and he explained how to submit payment, Finance, trade in, etc.... I asked if you trade in a car, do they bring the new one and pick up the trade? He said no, it's 2 separate couriers (monoco is in Fl, I live in another state). He said they try and make the pickup and delivery close together, but sometimes there is a delay of a day or two.
