I had an extremely disappointing and deceptive experience with Monaco Motor Group in New Port Richey, FL. On April 4, 2025, I purchased a 2007 Lexus GX470 for over $15,000 after discussing its condition with Aamir, the representative. I was a bit nervous buying a car sight unseen but they delivered a car that was very well detailed and exactly what they represented it to be. It was for my wife and both of us are very pleased.
We were assigned a vehicle for pickup on July 4th at an agreed rate of $900. While we were just one hour away from pickup, the individual claimed the facility was closed and asked us to return the next day. We respectfully agreed. The next day, after confirming again over the phone that we were on our way, we suddenly received a text saying the load was cancelled due to the car being "flooded." Although we didn't end up getting the vehicle we were looking at the shop was very clean and full of Beautiful cars!! The staff and owner were very nice and accommodating. I was pleasantly impressed!!
We want to explain why it was determined a five star experience at the Monaco Motor Group. Initially we were interested in a similar model Maybach with all the options.
