The group classes are a great environment where everyone is encouraging to each other.I wouldn't spend money with any other personal trainer except the ones at MMFitness. You get pushed hard not only physically but mentally. You'll be surprised what you can do.
Micah's passionate about what he does. This is by far the best gym I have been to. The intensity of the workouts is unbelievable and the results speak for themselves.
