My few personal training sessions with Micah were great! He walks you through each movement and explains how they benefit you. Not only is the workout always great but you also acquire some knowledge as you go. Great gym and environment! Wish I lived closer to go more often!
These boys are the truth ..I can barely walk today but gonna get fineeeeeee lol..I'm excited!
I have trained with Micah and truly enjoyed the experience. If you are consistent with your sessions and eat clean there is no way to not to see results. There is always a positive environment and great people around to motivate each other.
