micah, our trainer was awesome
OMG !!! Where do I begin, the workout class was very high intensity , it was challenging 🏋 so amazing , the Coach MM is very knowledgeable and very encouraging, instructions for every workout were demonstrated.....the people I worked out with were also uplifting and totally encouraged me to push past my IZZZZ TIRREED 🏋💪
RecommendedI hadn’t worked out in years. My son found this place and said ‘Micah’ was a real motivator; kept you going, but at your own pace. It was true. I was apprehensive at first, but Micah got me started with a rigorous routine I could handle and it pushed me. Never thought I would say this, but I enjoyed it! I will be back next week- maybe even this Tuesday! Thanks Micah and thank you son.
Since starting at MMFitness in October, I’ve seen amazing results. Micah is very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about his craft. He is straight forward and will push you HARD in order for you to achieve your goals. #NOEXCUSES The members are very friendly and inviting.
