I had to write this review, because, I have been dealing with M & M for a couple of years now. I recently returned my Ford Escape and leased a Buick. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with M & M. Doug Rohrback has been great to work with. Got me what I needed and always kept in touch. I leased my 2014 Ford Escape from them & when the lease was up, I decided to go with a Buick. I also want to mention that Sharon was very helpful with setting me up with the new Buick. I must admit that i was very surprised with the great service that M&M gave us. They really went above & beyond. Our sales person Joel was very helpful & gave us some great advice. The rest of the crew at M&M went out of their way to give us an offer that we couldn't refuse.
The sales department was helpful, gave us a good deal, and a good experience. The Service Department overall, on the other hand, has been a living nightmare. So I recommend to a degree to buy from M&M Auto Group INC. in Libery New York but not to use service department on the Chrysler side. Buy only brand-new vehicles, not used. Our Transmission was rebuilt not very long after we bought our vehicle which had 7,000 miles and the repair lasted only until the next oil change. ...Continue Reading
