Bought a 2015 GMC Acadia that supposedly had 100 pt inspection and came w factory warranty in end of November 2018. Complained about rear brakes day I picked it up. They took it in garage and 1 1/2hr later said everything was fine. Three times went back for oil changes and tire rotation and asked repeatedly about rear brake issue and repeatedly was told they were fine. M&M has the worst service in Liberty. My wife bought a lemon(I mean used car) from M&M last year, so unfortunately she still goes there to have the car”serviced”. The car was brought in (by appointment) last Wednesday July 17 because of a dashboard warning light. We were called to pick up the car later that day and were charged $128 for a diagnostic. I would not take my dirt bike or 4wheeler to them because they are a complete rip off.They charged me $1600 to get my stuff running and not running right. I also bought a 110 4wheeler from them and 8 weeks later still no title.They are very unprofessional and rude. I do not suggest anyone go there
The service department does not call back in a timely manner. My vehicle has been there for 4 months. Still not fixed. They lead you to believe they are working on it and are not. The dealership does not stand behind there product. I asked for a Service Director to call me back and no call. I have own ed d the vehicle for 4 months made 4 payments and only drove the vehicle for a week and a half. Will never patronize this dealership again. Was trying to buy local. Got shafted for it.
Altho I recommend m/m auto group, I am not very happy with my last appt. no part available and no loaner vehicle available! Really?? None? So now I get to be without my vehicle unless the weather stays sunny and dry the entire weekend, so I can go back to the service dept on Monday and sit around for my vehicle to be fixed..
I leased a car today for my daughter and everything was great. Justin was really good in going over every detail of the car to her. We are very happy we chose M & M.
All they want to do is sell, service is the absolute worse. Never see me again
