They wanted to book my sale by the end of the month. Unknowingly, that cost me $3,000. O0 from a Ford rebate. They refused to cancel and rewrite the sale. This information was gotten directly from Ford.

I just purchased a 2013 Chevrolet Spark back in July 2017, I am still currently making payments on the vehicle and I have nothing BUT problems with the damn thing!!! And whenever I bring it in to have them fix what is wrong I get told my warranty ran out, or that they don't know what the problem is. I am sick of spending over $600 a month on a car that doesn't even run, or breaks down while I am driving down the road...and it's not safe being that I am 8 1/2 months pregnant & have a 4 year old daughter with me at all times.
Best auto dealership we have ever purchased a vehicle from. Very comfortable working with Dan, Josh, Jeremy, and Matt in a laid back fun environment. Not like the sales rep here in Mass waiting for you as soon as you get on the lot. Wish they were in Mass, they would be my new go to dealership. I have been to many different Dealerships to purchase a new or used vehicle. I am very hard on my salesman when it comes to price and what I want. I have always hated salesman that tell you they can get you what you want and don't even come close to a fair deal, especially when it comes to trade in. Not the case with this dealership. We have now bought our last vehicle from M&M. Every fall the tire pressure light comes on and they want to charge us $105 to put air in tires and turn off the warning light from computer, seriously!!! The vehicle was put together overseas and first thing we needed was a windshield because they put the wrong one in the factory. Has NOT been a good experience.
