I'm trans, and used to go to the chelsea exclusively. I have had many issues of disrespect with this location. From loudly announcing my dead name (both before and after it was legally changed), to actually changing my gender back to male within the hospital system. This actually caused a lot of issues and confusion with my doctor because my tests were all coming back completely out of whack because they were trying to compare to an adult male. Fastest blood draw ever.
I am the WORST at getting my blood drawn & used to pass out every time but since coming to this specific lab I have walked out totally fine and happy every time! Everyone that works here is so kind and so great at their job and I have been able to get over my fear of getting my blood drawn by coming here! ❤️
