Never live in a neighborhood that uses this company. They are very inconsistent and bias with their violations. They are also very rude to you anytime you call them or email them. They refused to tell me who my board members were in one email I sent. Avoid the neighborhood in harbison behind New Heights Church call Hampton of Harbison. They are controlled by MJS. The HOA board members that MJS props up are very creepy and invasive. They have been seen trespassing on people's property to take pictures of very minor petty viol... read more
Worst company ever to deal with. Hard to reach anyone in the office. Send you violations and don’t check emails to see response and then want to charge extra fees. Most do not have people skills and definitely do not need to deal with the public.

I have lived in this subdivision since 2009, it has gone down tremendously. HOA representatives-MJS allow 2 & 3 families to live in a rental home. Trash everywhere alongside the side walks. Just last night at 10 pm, live fire and fire works were active in subdivision. But, No Fireworks Signs always posted! Grass not mowed, garbage bins left out for days, front of homes-stored items laying on garage doors on porches. Neglected indeed. But, charge HOA fees annually, for what? I really wish I could leave negative stars. These people customer service is pure and utter TRASH. How you can treat paying customers this way is just sad. They need to fire everyone and start over even the “Vice President” was rude, not empathetic and combative. They don’t offer any solutions to anything that they’re suppose to handle they’re just there existing and getting paid for nothing. I will be filing several complaints because it was just that bad.
