I took a couple ankle bracelets for repair. Very nice to deal with and my bracelets were fixed. There was a small adjustment required and this was corrected as I waited. Great service and I was pleased with the price as well. I will definitely go there in the future!
Meh experience. Brought a couple gold bracelets and necklaces for repairs based on reviews over the years and not completely satisfied. All repairs don't hold up to more than a couple days, and not doing anything extreme with them on except watching tv so no reason for them to break unless they weren't properly done. Last visit they quoted me a price in person and then charged me more when I picked it up and the bracelet broke again couple days later in the same spot.
