I took a couple ankle bracelets for repair. Very nice to deal with and my bracelets were fixed. There was a small adjustment required and this was corrected as I waited. Great service and I was pleased with the price as well. I will definitely go there in the future!
Meh experience. Brought a couple gold bracelets and necklaces for repairs based on reviews over the years and not completely satisfied. All repairs don't hold up to more than a couple days, and not doing anything extreme with them on except watching tv so no reason for them to break unless they weren't properly done. Last visit they quoted me a price in person and then charged me more when I picked it up and the bracelet broke again couple days later in the same spot. Went there to get the battery replaced for one of my watches. Fantastic experience and reasonable prices with great service! The kind lady at the helm of this operation is very nice and pleasant to interact with. Will definitely go back every time I need a quick watch work done.
