Had an opportunity to rent from MJ Properties when I had a short-term contract working in Everett. The apartment was perfect for my needs and the proprietor was professional and easy to work with.
Great place in North Everett close to any amenities you need. Michael's View Unit 7 was particularly nice, furnished with very comfortable reclining chairs and bed. Perfect spot for military or single person looking for a place with accessibility and personality. Thank you MJ Rentals for the stay.

This place is amazing!! It ia well-cared for, clean, any maintenance issues are dealt with In a timely manner. It is clear that Mike and Leslie love and respect this building which was built over 100 years ago. We have lived only a couple of months but truly love this place!
