I love this chef's flair for Caribbean (To me mostly Cuban) spices and flavor combinations. My entire family loves the menu. The sauces make the dishes but the quality of food is excellent and well prepared. I love that Chef uses spices to enhance and bring out the flavors but not hot or overpowering as to hide the taste of the food. Presentation is very well done. The decor and the furnishings add much to the overall experience. Service has always been great. One of my top 5 restaurants when I visit Philly.
