Dr Rubin has been my mothers physician for many years. She is always respectful and caring of mothers conditions and needs and never forces her to undergo any treatment that she doesn't deem medically neccessary.
Does this provider welcome questions? Absolutely! They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob.
I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain.

They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
