I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Somewhat, but they need a bigger selection Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so
I just absolutely LOVE Dr. Rubin! She makes you feel like you are the only patient she has that day and takes your concerns seriously. I now have my whole family going to her. She is a Doctor that treats you like family and we feel so fortunate to have her in East Cobb.
