I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.
