Mitten Kids Dentistry is committing insurance fraud. Stealing my money from free teeth cleanings for the kids that are fully covered. Making me pay the full amount up front claiming the insurance company will reimburse me. Not sending claims to the insurance company. Lying saying they did. Giving me dates saying they did them then. Even saying they mailed the check I’m owed to them and that they sent it back when in all reality they never sent the claim in to begin with. My 4 year old got his first cavity. Grace Health dental sent us to Mitten Kids. They were AWESOME! NO PAIN AT ALL! Dentist and technician were great with kids.
Doctor Grady was very helpful and kind in managing my child’s treatment and getting the dental procedure done that my child needed. He advocated for his patients Health and took my concerns seriously. That is exactly what you look for in a health care provider.
I took my 2 year old to this office twice. The admin staff and doctors were very kind and patient. They have an open floor plan which I have never seen before. There were probably 5 station in the room. So it was quite chaotic, especially with a 2 year old who's already uneasy. The first time I asked to only be seen by a female dentist, it didn't happen they scheduled me with a male regardless. Highly recommend! We brought our kids here for their first-ever dentist visit, and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff was incredibly friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything in a way our kids could understand—letting them hold tools and feel involved. The environment was welcoming and thoughtfully designed to create the best possible experience for kids.
