Doesn’t work well with families, they denied picking my second child up even though she has the same insurance as older sibling. Manager reached out and asked me to edit or remove my original review that mentioned rumored fraud.
Mitten Kids Dentistry is committing insurance fraud. Stealing my money from free teeth cleanings for the kids that are fully covered. Making me pay the full amount up front claiming the insurance company will reimburse me. Not sending claims to the insurance company. Lying saying they did. Giving me dates saying they did them then. Even saying they mailed the check I’m owed to them and that they sent it back when in all reality they never sent the claim in to begin with. My 4 year old got his first cavity. Grace Health dental sent us to Mitten Kids. They were AWESOME! NO PAIN AT ALL! Dentist and technician were great with kids.
Doctor Grady was very helpful and kind in managing my child’s treatment and getting the dental procedure done that my child needed. He advocated for his patients Health and took my concerns seriously. That is exactly what you look for in a health care provider.
