Great staff, even better meat and greet!
They do not follow their own rules, starting with their hours. I got there 20 minutes before closing time, which is published everywhere as 6PM on Wednesdays. They locked the door and turned off the open sign as soon as they saw me park in front of the store. They have a very heavy set of rules to shop here, but they don't hold their end of the deal.

I've heard that Mitch's offers good quality meat. Unfortunately, he has an unusual way of doing business. He prefers that customers order in advance. He also insists that only one customer be in his shop at a time. Mitch certainly has the right to run his business however he chooses. What does this mean for new customers who might like to see the product before buying? Or for customers who want to know what's available and good right now?
