I'm originally from Minnesota and at age 20 I moved to Lousiana. That day is the day I began to learn how to eat. I moved to SE texas where I continued toenjoy cajun foods done right. I've been here in Georgia now 20 years and missed my trips back to LA sooo much until I found this market. My brother from Covington LA.,came with me and we both agreed this shop is the real deal as the owner knows all the meat markets my brother knew and mentioned some my brother hadn't mentioned yet and the prices are comparable to back home.... read more
