ordered food for ten people for all of pesach. In a word, this place is fantastic. Food was excellent. prepared food was frozen and I was hesitant as to how it would taste when defrosted and reheated. Everything was delicious. Truly the best at what they do! Customer service is great, product is always delicious, and they are always great about communication and delivery. They have such a wide selection of kosher meat and prepared goods and the butternut squash souffle is a staple at our shabbos table every week
Awful company and Peter is the rudest most impatient person. Should not working in customer service. I scheduled a meat delivery and because I didn’t answer my phone they didn’t deliver it. So disorganized. I’ve been getting grocery deliveries for 15 years. It’s delivered either with cold ice or it’s delivered and it’s my responsibility. Since I scheduled it. Never in my life have I had to answer the phone before a delivery. Now they charge me a $30 restocking fee. Never again will I order from them. Complete chaos.
I've had the chance to talk to Laura a couple of times and she's great! Customer service couldn't be better, and shipping is so fast. They have a wide selection with great prices, thank y'all so much!!!! Grateful to have such easy access to great kosher food.
