Love the facials!! Very relaxing & make you feel like you've really been spoiled! Love Skyler – Every aspect of their service & facility is well thought out. Check in, the spa rooms -- all make you feel very comfortable. I've received many services from this center (massage, hair cuts, pedicures, manicures, etc.) and would hightly recommend to any of my friends who want to feel pampered. The Best of the Best – You feel like a pampered queen when you go to Mitchell's! It's the best getaway in the city to remove yourself from it all!
Customer Service is fantastic – I had been going to Mitchells for a few years, I had my daughters makeup hair and nails done for her 15 (Quince), they did a really great job, but I don't go anymore due to the fact that I have had some good cuts some not so good, and the same with color sometimes it's really good work and sometimes the color doesnt even match the previous color. For the price it should be more consistant. I can go elsewhere and pay the same or lower prices for the same quality service with better quality cut ... read more
Best Stress Relief in town! – This is the best spa that I have been to, and I have tried a few! They are trained to give you the type of service you want. If you want a "chatty" visit, they chit chat with you, If you want to just relax and not speak, that is ok too! You can tailor your specific needs very easily. Customer Service variable, quality varies greatly and way too expensive for what you actually receive – A spa should be more than a pretty place to visit. It should provide superior quality services at a price consistent with the quality provided. Mitchell's just is NOT all that it claims to be. The most wonderful Salon anywhere! – I have been a client of Mitchell's Salon and Day Spa Kenwood for 10 years. I moved here from Dallas, and was very concerned about finding a place that would measure up to the quality of the salon I was used to in Dallas. I had nothing to worry about! Great Customer Service. – Great customer service, all services provided are done by highly skilled consultants, always with my best interests at heart. They make every effort to accomodate my needs. All of the products they use are of the highest quality, and produce the best results. I especially love the nail and esthiology services.
Always on time – My hair sylist is always on time and I always receive compliments on my cut from total strangers! The staff does what they can to make me feel comfortable (complimentary beverage, hang up my coat, etc.) and it is always a pleasurable experience.
