Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? Yes, I felt informed when I left Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

Rude rude, ladies in the front need to and on the phone need to hear the patients, because you just can't say things without regards to what the patients is saying you need to listen to the actual words ..... And the fact that a Dr can't call you back, are you kidding me!! OMG i WILL NEVER COME BACK NOR ANY OF MY FAMILY MEMBERS... i BEEN TO DR'S FOR MYSELF FOR THREE YEARS B/C OF MY CANCER, THANK GOD IM GOOD, AND ALSO TAKE MY IN LAWS BUT NEVER HAVE I ENCOUNTERED RUDENESS AT A DR'S OFFICE LIKE THIS ONE, NEED TO LEARN TO HANDLE... read more

Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? No, they didn't make me feel uncomfortable Was this provider's office clean? Yes everything was neat and sterile Would you recommend this dermatologist to others? Yes Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes

Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Does this provider have helpful information available online? Yes Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic!

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely Not! He/She always looks like a slob. Did this provider promise services he/she couldn't provide? No, they were able to provide everything they said they would Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dermatologist's office? Yes

Their office was nice and quiet. All of my questions were answered during the appointment, which put my mind at ease. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I love how attentive they are here. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.

Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Yes, they are known for being good at what they do Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

The doctors seemed fine, but the staff was terrible. rude front desk and questionable medical assistants.
