Krista O'Connell started working with my Alaskan Malamute Samson when he was 6 months old. She had always done a fabulous job on him & with him. When I got my Black Lab Delilah i took her to Krista also. Both of my dogs loved her and she took very good care of both of them until she moved out of state and I had to get a new groomer. No one could ask for a better groomer than Krista anywhere! She is FABULOUS! I have had years of great experiences with Krista O. She has taken the utmost care of my beloved dogs. From a tiny Maltese, to our full grown mixed breed mutts, you could not ask for a more caring and compassionate person to take care of your favorite furry family member. Someone who does what she does out of her love of animals, nothing less.

RecommendedKrista does an absolutely lovely job on all of our animals. We have a partially paralyzed elderly Pekinese on whom Krista works magic. It is a difficult groom and potentially painful for the dog as her limbs are contracted. The pup actually cries after Krista when she leaves. I have seen her work on many different breeds and she never stops short of a beautiful job. Krista is a true animal lover who prides herself on the job she does.

Been taking Mojo to them for grooming and bathing about 1 1/2 years now and they always impress me with how nice the haircut is and how friendly they always are. I will never go to another pet store if this place keeps the same atmosphere. Misty is also very involved in her store which is really awesome. Most owners don't work in their businesses like she does.
If there was a Zero option, I wouldn't even give them that. They deserve a negative rating. Worst groomer ever KRISTA O'Connell!! Be aware! I left my dog there to have the basic spa package ($35) to have literally 3 things done. They estimated 3 hours, but when I arrived they had only given her a bath. Upon questioning Krista, she stated that she was unable to get to it all as my dog had coarse hair (husky mix) and understaffed. I would love to support this store since it's locally owned, but I no longer can. There prices are outrageous. I don't mind paying a little more than I would elsewhere to support a local business. But when I'm paying more than twice the amount for a product, I feel like I'm being taken advantage of. I will no longer bring my business here.
