1st off, if you are allergic to cats, do not enter this store. Seriously! I'm fine with having a store cat. But they have 4 or 5 cats in the store. Sleeping on everything. All the dog beds were covered in cat hair. Everything in the store is covered in cat hair. 2nd, she has a variety of animals "not for adoption or sale". That's fine. bBut the care they give them is poor. The chinchillas had puppy pads in the floor at the base of their cage to catch the excess feces. I'm so glad that I don't have to worry about a person of your intellect coming back to my store.
They could start by being honest. My puppy was nicked on his private part it was swollen and pink for a week he was in pain for 4 days. Had I been told I could have taken care of his pain right away. I called and all I got from staff was I am sorry. My puppy was so traumatized that he would not sleep on his bed play with his toys I had to hand feed him for a couple of days. He hid under a cabinet and would not come out unless I coaxed him out by getting on the floor with him. He had some hot spots on his back side I don't kn... read more

I love the sweet staff at Misty’s. It is a lovely environment. This pretty girl had her “spa day” with Krista and she always enjoys it. I enjoy knowing that she will be taken care of. Great staff with great products & services!!
Absolutely fantastic service! Took my baby Luna here for her first cat grooming, and the staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! They took very good care of her and gave me tips and tricks since she is my first fur baby! Loved it and will be back!!
