It is Amazing what a good trim can do for a Poodle. Here are Dutchess’ before trim and after trim photos. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. We are a return customer and will be back again. Thanks again Misty’s Pet Depot!!!
My husband and I visited the store yesterday to pick up some birthday treats for our two doggies. I love the variety of treats and toys that are offered, as they differ from larger pet supply chains. There were several sweet kitties that roamed around the store, which made my day! The owner was super sweet and even gave us a couple of treats for our kitties to try. We will definitely be back each time we visit the Knoxville area!

Just picked up Bella from Misty's PET DEPOT and it was hands down one of the top worst customer service experiences of my life. My little 5lb Yorkie was brought in so she could have her hair cut and groomed nails trimmed ears cleaned and Anal glands expressed. I normally bathe her myself which takes all of 20 minutes (give or take ) to wash and blow dry. So I came in after work to pick her up. the absolute best family owned and operated store you will ever come in contact with! I love how they support adoption centers instead of selling animals to people who know absolutely nothing about the creature. the store is very well managed and taken care of, very clean and neat and prices on everything :). they stay focused on the more high quality foods instead of the cheap unhealthy grocery store brands. the prices are super affordable and worth it for what all you get for your pet. the groom shop is fantastic and have ... read more

I go out of my way, across town, to have my dog groomed here by Krista because I know that he's in capable, gentle hands with her. He's a rescue pup with some trust and skin issues. I am NOT willing to risk that he might have an uncomfortable experience with someone less sensitive to his needs. He's always calm, happy and cute after a visit with Krista!
