Misty Metschke of Hunziker & Associates, Realtors did an outstanding job selling my parents' home. Her pricing strategy was spot on, backed by real market knowledge, and the house sold quickly. Her concierge approach to service made the whole process easy. She handled the logistics, including repairs and paperwork, which took a huge load off our family. Communication was prompt and clear throughout. I highly recommend Misty to anyone looking for a professional, responsive agent.

Misty did a great job helping us to sell our parents' house in Huxley. She has a great process that emphasizes up-front communication and continuous support throughout which led to a great outcome in terms of the sale, but also in terms of the process for everyone involved.

From listing to sold Misty and Her team were very professional and organized! Communicated with us every step of the way and answered questions we had! Misty helped guide us and no mater how busy she was and always promptly got back to us either by phone call or email. Would recommend Misty and her team at Hunziker & Associates Realty to help buy or sell property!

We never sold a house before, but from her first visit to our home, we ... read more

If I could give Misty 10 Stars and 6 thumbs up it would still not be enough praise!!! Misty came recommended by a family member who bought & sold their houses through her. She was fantastic with the whole process, kept us up to date at every step. Her knowledge and suggestions paid off, and now we are moving to Ames. Thank you Misty and your entire team for all you've done for us.
