The owner, Mr. Kaouk, accosted me in my home and made anti-Semitic statements towards my roommate, the homeowner. Mr. Kaouk is a long time family aquaintance of the homeowner. His employee Chase quoted $350 for services which was then lowered to $300 and agreed upon. It was determined that Mr. Kaouk would return after services to review the work with the homeowner and collect payment.
