I stopped by on a rainy day, they had no customers and asked if there were any specials and they said no. I guess they really don't want customers. I called and stopped by to ask for specials
Did a terrible job on my truck..should've done it myself..forgot back window, bumpers, don't clean mats..xtra charge wtf..
Really bad customer service and they ask to upgrade and do a horrible job anyway,
Every time I go I have to come home and do 3 hours of work on my vehicle! Sick of it and I pay a monthly membership! Gone at the end of the month! I'll find something better!
They now have a self pay, making it quick paid for tire wash and shine and no shine in my wheeles. Dumb.
I believe they have a sales pitch to sell you every service that you don't actually need! If you don't keep up with the maintenance requirements for your vehicle, don't be surprised if they will try to sale you what is not needed for your car! Other than that, it's ok �
VERY disappointed! My fiancé took his truck for a car wash, where he usually pays $7... and supposedly due to the mud on his truck the charge went up to $37 ?! AND when he leaves there's still mud on the truck?? I don't understand. Every time he needs a car wash he comes to this place.. but okay, we'll make sure to not being coming back.
They seem to be going downhill. Last two washes were not great. Also, could not find coupons any longer. Why would I continue to go here and pay more for the same quality I can get for less elsewhere?
