. We’ve been going here for a while now to get oil changes and inspections for our vehicles. There had always been wonderful customer service. Men at lube department were always friendly, helpful and professional. Today was the worst experience we have had there. Manager THOMAS at lube department was very rude and unprofessional. I've been a customer since they opened on Montwood. Service has declined in the past several months. I am going to cancel both of my subscriptions
I've had a membership since it started, now that I've experienced the "new" dryer, it's terrible. I was always happy with the service up till now. I had to pay extra just so I could run my car through again, just so they can actually dry my car by hand. That machine didn't even touch the back part of the vehicle or bottom half of the car so it's pointless. Bring back hand dryers!
Be careful what you leave inside your car. When they vacuum your car and leave personal items they claim it wasn’t there. A bunch of thieves.
This used to be a great place. Now they leave spots all over my vehicle. Was a member for years. Just canceled. Will never go to them again and recommend any place over them.
Recommendedwe used to love coming and getting our car washes done at Mister car Wash but lately we have not been pleased for the last year-and-a-half every time we leave we have had complaints we have always paid for full service and do not get what we expected or payed for... prices continue to go up FOR LESS SERVICE. I've been an Unlimited Member since it came out. I have it on my 2500HD and my work Tahoe. I will be canceling both. The new wash system sucks really bad. My truck comes out dirty and soapy. They don't dry windows any more either. When I go through the one on Zaragoza and Pellicano they close my mirrors and remove my antenna, but there is no one at the end to finish. I went about a week ago. The call center messed something up and Rudy gave me a free wash. I went back today and he remembered me. He is super friendly and professional. Thanks for the great customer service! ☺️
We cancel our memberships due that they dont longer dry the cars. They say there new roll does the job but too far from that. Why pay $45 a month for a gas station wash! Sorry but you guys made a really bad decision.
