Dropped car off to get an oil change and inspection. Was told I would receive a call when finished, nothing. When I finally pick the car up they only did the oil change. When asked what about the inspection? “Oh you order one, we can get it in take about 30 min.” Not wanting to wait after they had my car for six hours. Employee shrugs his shoulders with a facial express that screamed, Oh Well. This place has no understanding of customers experience. It’s a simple as saying, “sorry.”
Worse customer service, not a good job at all disappoint you are better off going somewhere to do it yourself express car wash save money and better than what they do will never go back
Never come for a oil change. They always upscale you on things that no other ahop ever does. Never coming again for an oil change.
Bought the $35 package because the guy told me they will clean the inside and exterior And they Literally don’t do nothing to the interior plus the exterior I had to finish it myself when I told him about it he told me it was a light cleaning only? So I literally paid $35 for the exterior only job witch is $10 like I told the guy laughing it’s fine just make sure you guys train your people how to talk right but definitely never coming back again.
Worst service I won’t take my cars anymore
I've been a some what regular, once in a while I'll stop by because they do pretty quick work. However they focus on speed and not quality. Just left after getting there "Premium" Express and it does not look premium at all, nor does it even look like a basic wash. water spots and streaks all over my vehicle. I literally had to take it and wash it by hand after I paid these guys to do it. ive had issues in the past but this is the last straw, not worth the money. Wash could have been better! Missed areas that could have been better cleaned. Windshield is worse then when i pulled in. Wash was better than Fast Track on zaragoza but could have definitely been better! Maybe it was a bad day or they were tired.
Still have water spots they say they cant get off, chrome isn't clean, rims still dirty, middle of good I'd dirty,I had to clean my windows cuz they used wet dirty towels to clean them and they are all streaky, basically a SHITTY JOB FOR $80....WONT BE GOING BACK THERE!!!
Just left there and am truly disappointed. My car needed some tlc so I bought their highest package. When they gave me the car the rims hadn’t even been cleaned. The interior “cleaning” is a joke. Not worth the money.
