My car got scratched from the car wash, so the person working looked at the footage and took pictures of the damage. I could even hear the car getting scratched while in the car wash. I had the spoiler (third brake light damaged at the car wash. Devon the manager was courteous and friendly. They took car of the claim and they put my spoiler today. Thanks.
Worst car wash place. Manager Devon is rude. Their car wash did damage to my brand new vehicle. I filed a claim. Devon responded to me by saying my claim was denied. I asked to speak to someone above him. He stated he is god and his answers are it. I called customer service and reported him. End of story my claim was still denied. and I have damage to my wheel.
One of their employees either threw away or vacuumed up my personal property. I called back to the office and assistant manager advised me that the team lead remembered seeing the item however there is nothing that they can do. Now I’m out of nearly $800.00 and all they offered me was a complimentary wash. This is not the end of this. I will be contacting the proper authorities and exposing this car wash for who they really are. The guys were super nice and understanding of my simple needs. They didn’t attempt to oversell me anything I didn’t want. They even made a recommendation for some further care for another issue I had they could not resolve since they no longer offer the service.
Only negative you can't shampoo carpet. In and out. Price is ok . Staff is very courteous.
