Moving from Dunedin to Seminole and with this place so close to home, I wouldn’t think to go anywhere else. The workers do a fast and efficient job every time I go in. My looks great with every finish. They even have coffee and popcorn in the eating area.
Under staffed and slow! You want wax on top of the dirty car we just washed? ��
Does anyone answer the phone there? Ugh. I’d like to know if the $38 detail option includes cleaning all parts of the dashboard? Or only parts they can see dust...? I’m really annoyed. And no one answers the phone. I don’t have time to keep going back. I had to go back last time for something. Come on guys, get your act together!
Have noticed a drop in quality last couple of years so don't really go there much at all. Even had a detail done there and I was cleaning dry wax off my car for a few days. Got a wash there yesterday and due to the person loading the cars on the track not paying attention they let a car on with a flat. Well the roller jumped the wheel and my car ended up pushing that car through the wash. Talked to the manager and he looked to put the blame everywhere else but on them. 35.00 for a sub par car wash! Waited 20 minutes to vacuum alone WAY OVER PRICED
I paid for a platinum wash, thinking that it will be a good car wash. This is my first time bringing my SUV but apparently they just did a so-so job. They did not even vaccumed the carpet & under those liners. I have to re-vacuum when I got home. I guess your guys are sooo tired that they can not give the customer a good job. The tip I gave them wasn’t deserving.
