Tried to scam my daughter about oil change and air filter. Tech lied to her and manager of course defended him. This place is turning into a used car lot. Drive around the corner and get your work done. Very untrustworthy...
When there are 10 people waiting in line at 745 am don't open up a third lane and let people through who just pulled up. I had been waiting 20 minutes before they opened to insure quick service and vehicles just getting there were washed first. And please make no mistake I am not talking about their Express lane. Custer service fail. Not coming back again even though I live 5 minutes away.
I go to this one cause my brother works there.everyone is so nice.also would like to congratulation my brother ricky somma for getting employee of the year.
Did a great job was highly satisfied! Will return again when we drive back there.
