I NO LONGER RECOMMEND them! EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ETHICS! I give them an “F-“ after today! When I arrived all three lanes had two cars in them and the guy in my lane looked directly at me and did nothing! Meanwhile a truck came in. Then the car pulled forward and the truck went forward. The lane on the far right had both cars pull forward and another car came in. I’m will tell everyone I know NOT to come to this particular location because of my experience. RecommendedJust signed up for the monthly membership again because of love bug season they did a good job it was really bad so I was pleasantly surprised at the end result good job guys I know it’s hot out there and your doing your best I am internally grateful for all you guys do for me and my car

Should not take 50 minutes to clean a car on a Thursday afternoon I stayed in the vacuum line and watched many cars come in after me and went thru the car wash ... waited some more my car was done being vacuumed another 6 cars went through the actual car wash before my car . Spoke to manager he had no clue what was going on finally got my car through the wash line .... again waited for car to be finished again more cars were finished before mine ��� kids always talking and texting horrible horrible experience. My husband took my truck Sunday. For $38 they did a horrible job. My truck still looks dirty. They did a awful job inside doesn't even looked like they did anything but vacuum. I would not recommend.
$54 for their top of line interior/exterior “final touch/finish” fell short of acceptable service. I had to spend another hour at home with vacuum and chrome polishing.
I was hopeful but they fell short. It really would not take much to bring up their standards to clean up the inside of the cars better. They were properly staffed and still did not hit the quality I paid for. I was happy with the vacuuming and wax that was put on my car. Overall not a bad experience but they are not going for the gold.
They caused major transmission problems with my car. The individual employee driving my car on the conveyer belt did not know how to shift the tip-tronic transmission in to natural. I filmed the whole incident, and even other employees yelling at him that he was doing it wrong. At the end $3600 in damage. They denied complete responsibility. Please stay away from this location.
